What Does the Procedure Entail?

Restylane is a considerably simple cosmetic treatment that is carried out in the comfort of our office and involves no stitches. We usually administer a local anesthetic to ensure that the patient is comfortable throughout the treatment. Depending on the extent of work needed, the Restylane procedure can take anywhere from a few minutes to half an hour.

The procedure is performed in the following steps:

One or more injection sites are chosen in the areas targeted for treatment. These injection sites are then cleaned with an antiseptic.
The quantity of Restylane used is determined by the doctor based on the extent and type of changes desired.
An ultrafine needle is used to inject the Restylane gel into the treatment sites in a gentle manner

What is the Recovery Process Like?
